Prices may vary based on the service, stylist, hair length, hair condition, products required, consultation results, or other factors. The final price and expected service time may be confirmed by the salon or displayed during booking.

Service results vary by customer and are not guaranteed. Customers should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, previous treatments, or other information that may affect a service.

  1. Appointments and Online Booking

Appointments are managed through Vagaro, the salon’s approved booking platform. Available services, staff members, dates, and times shown in Vagaro are subject to change.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until it is accepted or confirmed through Vagaro or by the salon.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and reviewing all appointment details before confirming.

  1. Payments and Card Information

Certain appointments may require a payment card, deposit, prepayment, or cancellation authorization. Any applicable requirement will be displayed during booking or communicated by the salon.

Payment-card information must be entered securely through the approved booking or payment platform. Customers should not provide complete card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes through text messages or to the salon’s virtual phone receptionist.

  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a charge of part or all of the scheduled service price, up to 100%, according to the policy displayed during booking.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be completed through Vagaro when available or by calling the salon at 424-303-3843. Cancellation requests are not accepted by text message.

The policy displayed and accepted during booking will apply to the appointment.

  1. SMS Terms

Customers may verbally request a Vagaro booking link during an inbound phone call with Artem K Hair Salon. A text message will only be sent after the customer clearly agrees to receive it.

Messages may include the requested booking link and related customer-care information. This consent does not enroll the customer in recurring promotional marketing messages.

Message frequency varies and is typically one message per customer request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Customers may also call 424-303-3843 or email artemksalon@icloud.com for support.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
